If you decided on the products, it’s time to know something about how they will get to you, wherever you are.


You have to choose between few payment methods:
cash on delivery – available only for Romania
credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) through a secured PayPal service; no need for a PayPal account
PayPal payments, for the ones with PayPal accounts
from any mobile device, tablet, or PC

For each order, we will issue an invoice which will be sent as an attachment in the shipping confirmation e-mail and along with your parcel.
Please note: once the order has been confirmed, there is no way to modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.


Shipping Timeframe
All jewelry pieces are made to order, which means that we make it specifically for you when you place an order. So please allow an up to 7 day wait until we can ship it to you. If you need it sooner or would like to know an exact production timeline, please drop us a note at  We will try our utmost to meet your needs.

Delivery (both national and international) should not take more than 2 days. However, delays could occur due to circumstances beyond our control.  Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.



Express  (orders of 200 RON or more) FAN Courier FREE 1 to 2 days
Express (orders under 200 RON) FAN Courier 18 RON 1 to 2 days
Rest of The World Express (orders of 100 EUR or more) DHL FREE 1 to 2 days
Express (orders under 100 EUR) DHL 15 EUR 1 to 2 days


Taxes & Duties
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please notice that all shipments outside the UE may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you. 

Delivery time
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 EET (UTC/GMT +2 hours). The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, being specified that it must be the address of the customer’s residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Please note that, once your order was confirmed, we cannot change delivery address. Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.

Receiving the package
All deliveries are door-to-door service and must be signed for at receipt, except if another option is provided by the courier.
Please decline the package if this is damaged. Also, when receiving the package, please carefully check the products and, in case of discrepancies with your initial order or products having manufacturing faults, let us know immediately.
