Yes, returns happen. It’s OK! We want satisfied customers, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the steps above to return the products you don’t want anymore.
Please note that we don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another color, just place a new online order after you follow the return procedure for your unwanted item.
Please email us at email@example.com, within 14 days of delivery*. No explanation needed, simply email us and give us the order number and which product(s) you’re returning. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*Return emails received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted. After 14 days all sales will be final and products will not be eligible for return.
Please also note that custom items made to your specification cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Repack the items in their original packaging in new, unaltered, and unused condition, together with all the branding elements, with all garment tags still attached, and the return form you can download here and fill with your information. You do not need to give us any reason for your return, but we would like to know them in order to improve our services.
Our boxes and fabric bags are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.
Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged, or returned without all packaging may not be accepted for return and may be sent back.

Please understand that we’re not responsible for any lost return package, so be sure to add tracking service when you send it.
When we receive your product(s), once our returns department has inspected the item(s) and approved them for re-sale, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) and you can then purchase the style/color/size you wish.
A time frame of 14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned products and the refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order; if the payment was made in cash we will need a bank account number and the account holder name.
Please note that shipping costs, and international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded. We do not accept packages with return payment; return charges shall be your responsibility.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll pay the return shipping costs. We will bear all transportation costs and will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package.
These return policies do not affect in any way your rights set forth by the applicable law.
